After exeriencing food blindfolded and having a lunch together without any conversation with the people at your table, which is hard for extrovert people, the group discussed how to create a better work-life balance and be more aware and conscience about our eating behaviours and habits. With very limited calories a foood-conscience group  of people left the workshop in Noordwijk.

2011/04/08 09:36:26

Inspiring Workshop March 24 at the LEF Conference Center of the Dutch "Rijkswaterstaat" in Utrecht. How to force "breakthroughs" in negotiations, discussions and other important processes? How to support(manipulate?) communication that should lead to decisions, strategy, vision, etc?  How does the physical environment influence us human beings in our behavior towards certain (important) goals? Creating and using specific spaces, settings, light, chairs, tables, flip-overs, colours, music, image, sound, movies, scent, etc. conditions are created to achieve certain goals in the process. Experienced facilitators support the groups from the Rijkswaterstaat organisation to optimize the results using fysical manipulative techniques and tools. All very interesting themes and topics that was shared with a group of experts from the Baak Managmantcenter. It's a little sad the Center in not open to parties outside the "Ministerie van Verkeer en Waterstaat" (= Ministry of Traffic and Watermanagment).
